Entai Jewelry is an inquiry-only catalogue. Because each piece is confirmed individually, return and exchange terms are agreed in writing for each order before payment.

Before you order

Please confirm the product SKU, specifications, and any customization details with us in writing. We confirm the final specification before production or dispatch.

Quality issues

If a delivered piece has a verified quality problem or does not match the confirmed specification, contact us with photos and your inquiry reference and we will arrange repair, replacement, or another agreed remedy.

Custom pieces

Custom-made jewellery is produced to your confirmed specification and is generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Any exceptions are confirmed in writing.
